How our platform works?

Process initiation

You register the process on the screen using pre-built or custom-tailored processes. The data on the screen is powered by the system and updated in real-time. You can select data from a predefined list, enter it manually, or scan it.

Data Confirmation

Based on the created process, you confirm the data on the same device, simultaneously registering the data in the NetSuite system. This seamless integration ensures accurate and real-time data synchronization without the need for additional steps or systems.

Data Update

The data is updated immediately, allowing the system operator to observe completed transactions without any delay. This real-time synchronization ensures that all actions are reflected instantly, enhancing efficiency and decision-making.

Step 1

You register the process on the mobile device screen by entering or scanning the source location code (also known as the "bina").

Step 2

Based on the scanned source code, the next step is to enter the quantity of items to be transferred.

Step 3

In the final step, the user must confirm the order by entering or scanning the destination location code.
